Increases movement by 10% when wolf and saint are active

Yeah i think so too. Got that shield and a new eddi oz kit and flew through the game with the e-gun and just got thorny ol rosie now too. Lvl 61 now going to the nexus to completely finish the game for wilhelm :thumbsup:
