Still kinda new on hc, but bought a lot of gear lately.

Wind should bring like 500 fg i guess, pretty decent ee + mn,
50 for the heal seems accurate to me,
chain is around 1k imo.

Thanks for that. I made some adjustments based on what has been mentioned and also noticing that the wind is only 12% off being perfect EE.
