im stuggling with knowing what to eat and how much of it.

atm ive been eating a lot of nuts/celery/bananas and a meal type of thing like pork chops.

i find that im always extremely hungry after eating these thing.

i find myself resorting to stuff like pb&j sandwich's or other 'filling' items.

what could i eat that would be filling and would be nutritious?

mind you i do not have much money as i am on disability.

(if you wondering what my day to day is like it is: generally just stay home on computer and ive started to go to the gym to do cardio and i swim on saturdays.)

heres my new meal routine that i have been using for a couple months ( lost ton of weight and gained alot of muscle)

morning : smoothie ( fronzen fruits , almond milk, greek yogourt bannana )

dinner : salad with chicken breast and some veggies

supper : rice , veggies ( brocolli , carotts or whatever i feel like this day) , chicken breast or fish or sometimes steak;

you can mix a apple if your hungry and drink alot of water


workout :
5 days of weight lifting
2 days of swimming


i dont know if it will work for you but its been working amazing for me.. never had such fast results

thanks man, i am going to be incorporating cauliflower .

i cant really afford to eat chicken all the time but i will start eating it 1-2 times per week if possible.

as for the chicken what do you season it with?

in the past i always used chicken rub or seasoning salt but i know thats not the best.

i was thinking just salt n' pepper but i dont really know.

Just buy frozen chicken breast, rice, hot sauce. There's some good flavor and it's not too expensive imo

Eat sweet potatoes or baby white potatoes or rice or veggies + good meats like chicken or fish etc


Some people prefer 6 small meals a day but myself included I cant get full eating small meals so I eat like 2 big meals per day and just snack on little thing the rest of the day (fruits, dark chocolate 80%, nuts, greek yogurt, etc)
Fast for 16 hours everyday almost, not intentionally. and eat around 8 hours period

i dont exactly have a full 'meter'. ive always just been able to eat till im sick so im having trouble with the smaller amounts/ healthier foods.
