heres my new meal routine that i have been using for a couple months ( lost ton of weight and gained alot of muscle)

workout :
5 days of weight lifting
2 days of swimming
i dont know if it will work for you but its been working amazing for me.. never had such fast results
thanks man, i am going to be incorporating cauliflower .
i cant really afford to eat chicken all the time but i will start eating it 1-2 times per week if possible.
as for the chicken what do you season it with?
in the past i always used chicken rub or seasoning salt but i know thats not the best.
i was thinking just salt n' pepper but i dont really know.
