started going to the gym in the morning and i find i'm starving before lunch even after my morning coffee and sandwich, what do you guys munch on in the mornings to keep the hunger away?

are you trying to lose weight?
controlling this hunger will help you out a lot.
but anything real, some almonds, some celery with some PB,
a protein shake.

not weight specifically but trying to cut down on body fat
celery with peanut butter sounds promising, i'll look into that

do a smoothie
wheres what i do since 2 weeks ( lost 6lbs with this new routine)
1 bannana
some plain greek yogourt
frozen fruits (mix of blueberries and strawberries and some more)
almond milk with no sugar
mix it then drink
it taste pretty good, makes you feel full, pretty low on calories, really healthy and ull maintain muscle mass
