I don't get the question. Do you mean refused to leave after losing an election? Do you mean refused to leave after service 2 terms as president? Do you mean refusing to leave after being removed from office due to impeachment? In any of those scenarios he would no longer be the president after the new one was sworn in and he would be removed from the White House by law enforcement like any other criminal.

luckily he is white so he will be asked to leave politely for a few months

The precedent for peaceful transition of power was set by John Adams and any deviation from it would be treasonous and basically be a coup.

I would bet shenanigans like this would be possible with Trump, given he could dismiss election results as fake news and the majority of his followers would support him...because they aren't the biggest fans or beneficiaries of democracy to begin with And they've been proven to go along with false narratives when it politically suits them (seth rich, benghazi, acorn, planned parenthood videos). And we have been steadily moving away from democracy and toward authoritarian capitalism for awhile now so it would just take a watershed moment....
