After doing some math I need around 160g of protein a day to build more muscle. This is alot lol, to me anyway. Adding up I came up with this.
2 Chicken breasts - 60gs
4 eggs - 25gs
Sausage - 25gs
2 x 30g protein shakes - 60gs
Breakfast:
Chicken breast
4 eggs
Sausage
multivitamin
Lunch:
Protein shake
Lunch is hard due to work. So it's best to just have a shake during this time.
Dinner:
Chicken breast
Veggies
Before bed:
Protein shake
WHOLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEE bunch of water
Just wondering how other do people who workout go about getting their protein in a day? iso knowledge.
