After doing some math I need around 160g of protein a day to build more muscle. This is alot lol, to me anyway. Adding up I came up with this.

2 Chicken breasts - 60gs
4 eggs - 25gs
Sausage - 25gs
2 x 30g protein shakes - 60gs


Breakfast:
Chicken breast
4 eggs
Sausage
multivitamin

Lunch:
Protein shake
Lunch is hard due to work. So it's best to just have a shake during this time.

Dinner:
Chicken breast
Veggies

Before bed:
Protein shake

WHOLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEE bunch of water



Just wondering how other do people who workout go about getting their protein in a day? iso knowledge.

I get my proteins mostly from:
Greek yogurt (great snack)
Eggs white (I take like half a cup + 2 whole eggs every morning)
Protein bar (the ones from Costco - Kirkland are Insanely good)
Protein shake - I try to take only one a day, not 2
And ofc chicken or other piece of meat from my meals

I get about 225g of protein a day with these.

When I was a lad I ate four dozen eggs every morning to help me get large.. and now that I'm grown I eat five dozen eggs so I'm roughly the size of a barge.

Mix PB fit in your protein shakes "10:1 cal:protein"

My girlfriend gets hers from semen but if you don't like that.. roasted nuts/dried meats for lunch?
Less chicken in the morning, more fats. More sausage maybe. Bacon.

Hell yea, Greek yogurt.

Switch between fish and chicken at dinner, because chicken breast can get old fast.

Usually around 500g of lean meat a day, which makes up 100-110g of protein. The remaining 70-80g from a variety of things.

Chicken, turkey, and lean cuts of pork.
