Interesting, considering the Chinese are among the most atheistic countries, with respect to the Abrahamic religions, in the world, while Africa is rife with Christian and (especially) Islamic obstructionism.

We've been over this like a dozen times. It's hardly taboo and is in every introductory psychology book. The reason it seems taboo is because racists don't like that you can explain the difference with cultural variation, and that there's much greater variation within the races than between them. They tend to ignore these explanations because they're inconvenient.
