thanks guys.

day 3: walked 75% of a mile and went swimming for 2 hour.
Day 4: rest day as my migraine isnt too good today (may go walk later if i feel good)

day 5: had a teeth cleaning which gave me a migraine due to the jaw pain so wasnt able to do anything.
day 6: walked for 12 minutes completing 40% of a mile but had to stop due to the pain in my ankle.

going to go see my doctor hopefully in able a week and im going to try to get her to get me some xrays or something of my ankle because w/e is wrong is not letting me progress at all.

yes i know you will say fight through the pain but i try to and with trying to fight through it every step im putting 300 pounds on my ankle so it doesnt help.

At your weight cardio is better but try exercising with weights if you cant do anything or even walk

Buy some dumbbells and do it at home

Its better than finding reasons as to why you cant do X exercises

day 8: did about 25 mins of lifting/walking (picked up firewood and loaded into my truck)

so today i went to the doctor and talked to her and i will be getting an x-ray of my ankle done and most likely seeing a specialist about it. (apparently my ankle's pretty serious)

I'd find a different doctor if he wants to do an X-ray on a soft tissue injury...

They are don't X-rays and I'm going to see a specialist if they see nothing.

Got X-rays today and will know I'm a week-2

Focus on what you can change, dont look for excuses it you fot issues with your joints and cant workout pay extra attention to diet and educate yourself about rehabilitation or injury prevention. Cheers!

tis what ive been doing.

since my last post i've had a string of bad migraines which made me unable to even attempt the gym so ive been focussing on my diet.

havent had anything 'unhealthy' in the last 3 days

i was pretty happy to of seen my doctor and in a week of doing 'stuff' i had lost 3 pounds.

at first that seemed like nothing to me and then i thought about it. That's a week, that means i could lose 12lbs in a month.

yes i know its easier to lose 'fat' at the start so not to make a goal to lose that each month.

another little side thing, i hadnt seen the doctor for 3 months then i saw her and i had gained 4 lbs, then i changed my diet and such as seen in the thread and saw her a weak later and had lost 3 lbs. she was pretty happy :P
