Spell Damage: 149 to 179
+104% Enhanced Effect
+428 Max Life

I would say honstly that the EE on them is too low to make the max life side mod worth that much extra.

Maybe 100 for number 1, possibly more if you can hoodwink someone,

200-250 for number 2

I'd agree with both of them - can go anywhere from the lows to the highs of their opinions. Some people will pay extra for the max life, even on sc, yes absolutely. Ee is a little low for the levels however to be worth any more than this.
