After doing the quest and getting 20% in pisc, how long roughly is it going to take me to reach 100% in all the houses?

I did all houses in approximately 5 hours total w/ using my 20% @ pisc.

e; best bet, pisc, finish it (prob 25 minutes)
rush to lova do Sulphur from 0-65% then do the mine cart activations (100% done)
hosidius, plow fields til what 15%? then do 980ish saltpetre + composts together for 100%
shayzien, heal til lizards, then cannon lizards (25 mins tops? + u can get xerics talisman)
arcceus, hop to the zeah world and do it with others for the possibility @ teleport to kourend book + soul bearer.
