I was told at 35 traits, you get a quest for questline to unlock empowered traits
i am 35 traits now, i did not get any quest.....

you need to be an orc with the 10% damage increase in order to get that quest

You also need 45 pets to unlock the quest.

You need to have completed the assault on broken shore questline to get the quest.
