Easier said than done, and there is a lot of really great people who came from the middle east, i have family from turkey i am very close with.
Coincidentally, I have family that worked in Turkey and got out.
Europe doesn't control immigration like the USA does. We take the cream of the crop, they don't. Its easy to see by whatever metrics.
For example antisemitic attitudes- According to the ADL, 3% of whites in the USA are antisemitic, 30% of blacks and latinos, 35% of muslims. Meanwhile in europe, its 55% of muslims, and in the middle east, 75%+, up to 93% in palestine.
Even for America, most people want stricter immigration and better vetting and doing more to control the influx of radicalized muslims. But what Europe has is far, far worse than America.
Heck, so many of the american ISIS attacks come from 2nd generation muslims who grew up to fairly well integrated parents, then self-radicalized.
