Do you prefer the multi layers of toppings, cheese, and sauce, and that oily thick crust from a Chicago pizza? Or the flat crust with toppings that you find in a New Yorker?

I've baked and tried both and both can be delicious. But New York style imo is better. The cheese and toppings blend the flavor much more in an open enviroment due to more exposure of surface area. But that is just my opinion and reasoning. I would love to know what you think which is best and why.
Enjoy

Pizza is pizza unless you fuck it up with too many vegetables and not enough cheese/meat.

Big fucking slice of NY style pepperoni is always a good thing, but if I'm sitting down at a restaurant I'm getting that deep dish.

Even thin crust pizza in Chicago is better than that greasy floppy shit from New York

Wow that was really funny. He is such a good actor. He may be expressing his real opinion, but it is still an opinion. One of the problems with the chicago pizza is blending the flavors. It can be done but it's a little more work. The crust is very very oily. Even if i reduce the oil it still tastes oily. But one thing is for certain, chicago pizza should never contain cornmeal. That is disinformation spread on the net.
