so here's my issue #1

I no longer have access to the email I made when I 14 for 21+year old games/stuff ( PotFarm on Facebook )
used a fake name, fake birthdate, just fake in general
because I did this, I can't recover my email/d2jsp normally

now for #2

I tried to submit the account recovery for D2JSP
Provided old Passwords/FG Password
and what other info I could provide

I got a email back asking for my ID
send it
it's not the right one....
they need the ID of the person who paid for my FG


I was poor when I made my account, I did work for a friends mom and had her pay for my FG with her PayPal ( She no longer uses it and has since closed her account )

I asked her if I could take a picture of her ID and sent it to D2JSP to get my account back.
she said no because she doesn't want to risk her identity getting stolen.....



what do I do?

do I just be a Multi??

anyone have any ideas on how I can get my account back??

If you cant prove that you own that account, you won't be able to recover it.
Its like you will say that my account is yours and ask to recover it, not possible.




but, the one who handle the accounts on d2jsp is Kevin , pm him kindly and see if you can find another way to prove that its your account.

Why do I get suspended every time I post

Be sure to read the forum rules, as you are not allowed to create multiple accounts.

I would use the Account Recovery method, and add as much info as possible and be patient as this will be the only way you will be able to recover your account.

This means the right ID and the other information they're asking for.

I suggest you log out instantly from that account.
