The old diabeticknight ladder slasher toolbox doesn't work anymore...is there any versions that do? Or similar resources?

How do I compare for example a 35 163ee is a what at 45

lvl 35 is tier 10... 163ee makes 2.63 times the normal power of the charm ....... lvl 45 is tier 12

2.63 *10/12 = 2.19 --> 119ee at lvl 45

None of them are accurate anymore. The bases listed in the portal aren't accurate.

Yeah idk. Portal shows bases and there stats which should be correct. You plug it all data for the char you'll use it on and it gives you a number. Then you put the item on the said char and the numbers don't match.

AFAIK, portal does not show absolute bases, but rather bases with 5 of all stats (I believe this is what SilentXer0 meant in his previous post). Absolute bases are shown on item histories. I didn't know about this calculator until now so I haven't used it extensively, but it works as far as I can tell. Potentially you forgot to input proficiency (or add EE equivalent to proficiency)?
