Is it true that spam bots are gone? Are virtually all chaos baal games still ran by bots?

According to the latest respond that blizzard sent me , they wrote me that they will gonna release a new patch together with the reset , so there will be a total clean new ladder reset start atleast for 7-10 days

Even if they clean out the bots currently corrupting the game, I'm sure new ones will replace them that bypass their anti bot system within a week and the game and it's economy will be ruined once again.
