you can check yourself: go to items, then on the main page at items, link magic suffixes or magic preffixes

it spawns. if that isn't good enough, go to akara in act 1 and it's almost a guarantee that she has one for sale

i just checked akara and yes it can spawn on them

even the level isnt prepatched? the guy who sold it to me (fuj@d2jsp) think it could be prepatched level

Don't most people figure that out before they buy it instead of after?

Prepatch normally means classic. There is no eth rep on classic. Prepatch scepters also had 20fcr.

Hope you didn't buy it on the premise of it being a old item

well im not too familiar with rare prepatch, i trusted his words

he also tried sell me an 1max/1min sc as prepatch but i found out it wasnt prepatched



well im pretty sure he will refund since i bought it because he told it was prepatched, there is no colector purpose if its not
