Check poetrade for same item bases and colors see what they're going for.

Craft if you feel like it.

Divine if its not worth that much.

i personally would just sell for a divine because staff isnt really something used by many people, and the time and stash space invested just isnt worth it

but then again, since if you google "worst poe player ever" my name would probably come out, you might want more opinions !

Depends on item level.

staff is almost always crap, so I'd say to turn it into a divine. my opinion ofc
