I'm looking for a good guide or at least a skill tree for life based spectral throw. If I could get gear advice then even better.

What class / ascendancy would be best?
Inquisitor or raider?

Considering 3.0 changes, is ele dmg our most solid option? Would assume mathils chaos dmg ST won't be as good in 3.0?

What type of budget am I looking at in order to do t15's and uber lab?

Kind of wanna go ST again now when HOWA goes out of meta

Does ST work with Brutus Lead Sprinkler?
Would probably be an option.

There was also that build few leagues ago that used Atziri's Disfavor axe.
Was some sort of bleedsplosion gladiator spectral throw build. Was kinda cool

Doubt double dipping bleed+ poison works well in 3.0 due to nerfs? Noone really knows yet tho.

I wouldn't worry about poison. Bleed, however... it is getting buffed & there will be a DoT keystone we need to wait and see

There was actually a guy who did it before ziz. I'm pretty sure it was even made build-of-the-week.

Dreamfeather would be decent.
I would go ele crit dagger though.
