you could hone it out but that chunk taken out by the port looks rather big to hone out, another option would be to try and bore it out oversize finding a piston might be a bit hard depending on how deep the damage is, im not sure it can be re sleeved as it looks like its all one peice
e; just seen you wanted to use the same size piston which wont work in this case, try and find a new cylinder.
e2; it looks like its cracked between ports as well which cant be repaired
