My items disappeared yesterday while I was muling.
It was a little strange since i would not be able to enter games for 1 or 2 minutes... then next day i found tat things had been reversed and my rare item had gone????
I am confirming it was not a dupe.... in fact a nice socketed rare bone helm ._...... any way to get back the item?

i doubt that they will reply anyway.. the game is really old.. but what was the cause of it. its never happened to me before>
