So my laptop is an MSI but can't find the model.

My CPU is an i7-4700mq.
My GFX card is an Nvidia GTX 765M

your GPU is not strong enough to play D3 at 60fps without flickering, and because it can't be swapped out (it's built into the mobo), you'll have to get a new laptop.

Really, it should be fine?
I would think your cpu is overheating and throttling causing system "derp"

Download speccy any post a screenshot here (idle temps) and one with a bunch of nonsense open (note: minimized d3 doesn't count, open a bunch of chrome tabs and some other game)
