about official guides how to sell stuff in d2 and poe, ask in general help because people there are going for trusted tags and trying to build some rep, so will answer to any questions without trolling
as for stuff they probably wont tell you:
1) avoid selling items on this site because its not really legal. only sell untraceable things like currency/items with fixed stats/services etc
2) avoid selling ANYTHING atm because i think d2 should have ladder reset right about now (+/- few days) and you are better off actually playing d2
3) try selling legacy gear over poe trade, and then sell orbs here for fgs, and never sell standard stuff for fgs on league starts because people underpay then
4) watch for being scammed because some stuff has much more value right now due to 3.0 changes
