Everything is plugged in
Reset the cmos, reseated the gpu, double checked to make sure everything is plugged in nice and snug
All fans work, gpu lights up, mobo lights turn on and then turn off after a second(is this normal?)...but after the mobo power light turns off everything else still stays working

after monitor powers up it says no dvi display or whatever

Re-seat the RAM. Clean the RAM slots.

If that doesn't help swap the cables. Might wanna check the monitor on another computer too.

I cleaned it out with compressed air and tissue paper and unplugged the gpu and then moved apartments so there was stress

I won't be home for a few weeks so I can't fuken do anymore testing but any thoughts are appreciated in the meantime
