its a 3% chance difference to take 10% of your opponents life away (pvp CB)

you could argue that 7% is 30%less than 10%

Gloveres can have only 10 cb chance so 30 is too many.

7 x 1.5 = 10.5 though. Your math bad because this is not 10 as you can see. It is 10.5 cb.

10% equals 100%
1% equals 10%
3% equals 30%

10% - 3% = 7%

7% is 30%less than 10%

note: the 10% is based on the amount of life they have remaining, not their max HP

so if they have 50% hp left, and you hit with CB, it would take away 10% of the remaining 50%
