Fastest Paw In The West II
Fury Werewolf Druid Tournament
USWest Non-Ladder

Tournament Structure
Tournament will begin on June 2, 2017
Double Elimination (Winner of loser's bracket must win twice)
Up to one week to complete each round
Dodges may be called on the 5th day of the week

Prize Support
Prize Pool will be equal to 100% entry fees + any donations
1st Place: 60% of Prize Pool + Trophy
2nd Place: 25% of Prize Pool + Trophy
3rd Place: 15% of Prize Pool + Trophy

Match Rules
Matches will be first to 10
Matches will take place in nightmare difficulty
Duels begin after both players say 'g', 'go', or '1'
In the case of mis-clicks, continue the duel, there are no re-dos
Any preexisting chilling armor/venom must be removed before the next duel
Each player may swap gear once during the match; after a death and before casting any skills (1min limit at stash)

General Rules
Do not use third party programs
Do not use stash/cube/inventory pre-buff
Do not use item charges on gear
Do not use mercenaries/hirelings
Do not use potions or shrines of any kind
Do not purposefully target opponent's Oak or HoW
Do not run, kite, angle, or adjust position during duel
Must be able to pick up body after dying (Automatic Match Loss)
Do not have more than 300 elemental damage (before Venom from Grief)
Shift+Clicking is banned. Both parties must move in equally on 'g', 'go', or '1'
Werewolf, Oak, and HoW may all be recasted during the duel without moving

Gear Restrictions
Do not use any unperm items
Do not use items with knockback
Do not use items with slow target
Do not use items that emit an aura
Do not use items that have a chance to cast a curse that affects the opponent
All ethereal gear must have self-repair or indestructible mod (CTA/BO side excepted)

Conflict Resolution
You may request a judge before or at any time during the match.
If 3 or less duels have taken place by the time a judge arrives, the judge may restart the match (0-0)
If 4 or more duels have taken place by the time a judge arrives, the match will continue in the presence of the judge
If an issue arises during a match, immediately contact Boozie in order to resolve it.
Completed matches are FINAL, no changes will be made to any completed match results. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Skills Allowed (All other skills are banned. UNBIND THEM!)

Oak Sage
Heart of Wolverine
Battle Orders
Battle Command
