You've been laughably tilting at analogies for years now.
My comedic analogy suited my needs quite nicely.

pants apparently can't destroy businesses tho, so you have that going for you.

Your persisting juvenile dig about two step problems is glossing over my explicit recognition of the fact that there is an incentive to set up a government that benefits you and my subsequent comments about it.

If you actually had anything you wouldn't be so obsessed with pants

imo lower regulations could have helped time warner provide better service at lower costs and they wouldn't be forced into false advertising

or from another angle, this is a matter of free speech and when an internet service provider says they provide speeds "up to" x, then it's perfectly acceptable to provide speeds anywhere from 0 to X

what say you pard :o ?

Cable companies don't run on a free market, they run on an oligopoly. Also, the first amendment has exception from protection for certain cases of "false statement of fact" which includes (but is not limited to) cases of fraud, such as false advertisement. The law of the land does not protect false advertisement as freedom of speech.

I agree with cambo, government should be limited in its scope and the more you cut it back the less chance there is of corruption.

Laissez faire capitalism right there. The invisible hand locked those people in with that fire.
