Why howa need alot int ?

(25-30)% increased Elemental Damage with Weapons
(8-12)% increased Dexterity
(8-12)% increased Intelligence
Adds 1-6 Lightning Damage to Attacks per 10 Intelligence
1% increased Attack Speed per 25 Dexterity

More intel you have, the more lightning damage you add to your attacks. And because it adds up to 12% intel as well per howa, its benificial to stack intel as much as possible. And since intel also adds %ES, you don't need to invest into ES nodes as much either leaving you more room for build specific nodes.
