This seems to exist almost exclusively among kids from the age of 12-19. It's also relatively rare. I don't see it as an issue tbh.

I'd assume most of them are silly ass kids and since every single generation had silly ass kids I'm not seeing a reason to draw any lines

When I was the age most of these kids that are doing this are we were shooting guns at each other and driving junkers around the backroads doing all sorts of dangerous shit way before legal age

these kids wear animal clothes ("normal" people wear similar "cute" shit every day) and wax fangs and frolic in the park

I'm not too worried tbh
