anyways depending on what ur looking for, they both have their pro's and con'z

HOWA doesn't have the exponential scaling of really high end double-dipping builds, but for the average budget (<15ex) HOWA will definitely outperform Blade Vortex, except on bosses where a BV build would be able to out-facetank a HOWA build.

Double dipping is gonna get nerfed to the floor.
