Also 110 isn't from a single item. It's the total if you'd use as many of these as you could on 1 character. You'd need to sacrifice 200 life to get it

Has to be. jewels have no life loss that multiplies to 200. 110 dmg/20(largechamrs)=5.5 and 40x small charms = 600 life

I might be mistaking 11 damage as the suffix for adding 6 from "fine" and 5 from craftsmanship.

In which case its 200 life for 50 damage.

I have to grab a guide to double check

Psychic hammer sins at lvl 18 seem pretty good on paper. And they almost always win the first encounter...

But there's one way to ensure victory that works no matter which class you're using. ( some classes might not be able to kill the sin either but that's their fault, neither char would win). This renders the class utterly useless in serious pvp

What do you do?

use string of ears or some xx damage reduced by x
