So apparently if you want a customized gamerpic you need to be a premium member.
In order to become one you need to be invited by someone who already is.

Not looking for an immediate no questions asked invite.
I will add you as a friend play games or whatever and prove I'm not out to abuse the perks.

Just would be nice to have a gamerpic that suites my gamer tag.

I think they removed all that. They only custom ones you can have are if you take a picture of your avatar.

if you have windows 10 on your pc its super easy

I do have windows 10 and i've tried googling it.
Even asked xbox support and they told me this was the only way =(

I've tried through the console and through the website. I can't even use my pictures as a background all it does is show a slideshow!

Download the Xbox beta app from the windows store and from there it's simple

Pic has to be 1080 x 1080 tho
