lunges also build stability and work secondary muscle groups, but excuse me is right imo you can overload on leg press/hack squat and incorporate different foot positions to hit different portions of the quads. Build your strength up and then work on form for a correct squat.

Tl;dr don't be a bitch and skip leg day or half ass it. Your legs are easy as fuck to grow IME.

I'm blown away at the amount of people who still try and help this dude.

He hasn't posted a single picture. Posts ridiculous threads on a daily basis until he gets bored and leaves for a few weeks only to come back and do it again.

Tommy I am disappointed in you. I rarely see people maxing out on lunges. I see nerds maxing out on leg press all the time.
