Personally, I actually prefer flex queue for some reason, Teams are more cooperative, and generally less toxicity than Solo/duo, Typically I Solo, Some days I Duo with a friend.

People relax more in flexed but it's also a retarded queue if you are higher elo and get matched with 4 shitters who are 2 tiers below the enemy team and you gotta waste 20 minutes to ff since you can't carry terrorists

I treat flex as normals myself, since I don't really chase ranks myself, but seemingly as others don't flame try hard I tend to win more comfortably.
