i havent logged into neither mobile or desktop steam for a while and now it asks for mobile confirmation on the app which i have
but the app wants a mobile confirmation too?

what kind of mobile confirmation does it require?

other than the steam authenticator?

make sure the app is up to date on your phone and restart the app. it's a rare issue that is commonly solved by restarting the app.
do NOT delete and reinstall the app!

my desktop and phone app asks me the mobile confirmation..

i updated everything on my phone, even restarted it but it still keeps asking for confirmation code

I've had this issue too, usually just restart - or even input the code on the app itself and you are good to go.

Ive tried restarting and stuff mentioned here.
I would input the code if i had any clue what the code is
And that is my problem. I have nothing to receive the code to

If nothing works you can remove your Authenticator and put it again after you recovered your account :

First go on the steam support page : https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithSteamIssue/?issueid=809

Chose : "I deleted or lost my Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator"

- You will be asked an e-mail or username ... and follow the steps to remove the Authenticator
