Not looking to have it done just iso of a pc.

69-84 Contruction VIA Oak Larders = 52.5m

You do not need 91 construction. You can boost 7 levels.

If you need 91 VIA oak larders = 121.5m

You actually need 90 If you want to unlock the spirit trees & fairy ring combo.
Other than that you're good with 85 :) !

Also, as for a PC I'm sorry I don't have a ratio for you..

96.2m half of payment at lvl 82 and once job is finished, other half payment due. as for time frame.. i honestly am clueless on that one

100m here, its roughly 180k xp/hr including mis-clicks, bound to happen. I usually log about 4ish hours a day.
