i was using a VGA cable (came with monitor) and was plugging into mobo.
didnt get anything out of my periphs, no mouse no keyboard no nothing (one beep from my mobo speaker, means vga DETECTED, no keyboard detected)
anyways brought it in, guy plugged in his monitor (with hdmi) to my gpu and everything worked.

so i installed everything right
and nailed the assembly which is awesome thanks to help from everyone.
bought a DVI cable and bam, everythings good.

i did try unplugging my GPU and plugging the VGA into the mobo earlier, and that did not work.
so i didnt think it was an issue with regarding to where i plug in a monitor if it didnt work with or without a gfx card.
