The office PCs I have are getting a little outdated. I need to build a Couple PCs for the office. I only need the PC, not any keyboards, mice, or monitors.

Would like to keep it around $400 each if possible including operating system. Possibly 3 PCs.

Pickup some optiplex's

i.e "Dell Optiplex 7010 SFF PC Core i7-3770 3.40GHz 4GB RAM 250GB HDD Win 7 Pro"
many on ebay for $190, can get better ones for more but this seems adequate for most office stuff

A little outdated? What specs, adding ssd would most likely fix the issue.
