Wander or chaos clawflurry the one that gets 1,403,594,112 dps on path of building or whatever

in terms of safety, howa is up there just because they can get ludicrous es pools and leech like crazy, put on a shield have 1300 int unlimited budget it going to be well over 20k es. stand afk in shaper laser without even attacking just to prove your dick size before leeching it all back with a few hits (1 with vinktars).

Can't do half the t16 bosses AFAIK , also very unreliable for shaper. Also looks super aids

Was thinking about Howa , but I played that this league. It's fairly strong though.

Not going anywhere 20k ES, I had fairly BIS gear and 1400 INT and was under 15k. Still super safe

You also didnt have an unlimited budget though like your thread implies you would for this theoretical build.

I had over 12k without even a shield and only 1050 int not the most decked out char gear-wise so idk how u capped out at 15k w/ shield

280 gloves, 270 boots, 980 regalia and 480 helm , 20% on rings and a t1 int t1 Es belt. Not sure where to improve on that tbh

idono, but i still think that in unlimited budget land u gotta go some kind of chaos double dip build with 50 more modifiers and 2x loath bane-esque daggers kill shaper with one bf 6 charge release

Safest maybe best not by a longshot with an unlimited budget on other builds u could kill bosses wayyyy faster and still have no chance of dying.. but for purpose of going afk and still clearing without dying ye rf

its also the most boring shit i ever played and i loved wander so idk

doesent rly on poison or bleed so rest of guardians ezpz
pretty much immune to fire and cold so you can go afk against shaper. You can even tank slam if you feel like it
