Ive been doing this for past couple of days, see if anyone wants to do the same? I feel a small difference already
1. Do 60 minutes of cardio every day for 1 month or more. I'm allowing myself to miss 1 day per week if I don't feel well or whatnot.
Optionally, I do chest press and leg curls for 30min
2. After I go reward myself by buying some fresh fruit at Walmart
3. Rip time, money, but improve and maybe cure depression?
I'll use this to track my progress.
