When I run such short maps I just don't bother holding Tomes of TP. On the rare occasion I don't have enough room I just go back to town manually and come back. With you having such a short meph map and the Portal being right there, it should be a 20 second deal.

You know you can use a belt slot for TP scrolls, right? Perfect in those circumstances.
