Natty in a sense of no steroid/test use yes, natty in the sense of all natural foods, no shakes, and supplements no.
I took shakes when I first started, I took gold standard then some gnc ripped protein because I wanted abs lol
Split has always been chest/back/shoulder/legs/arms. It would vary depending on what muscle was exsposed more that week so sometimes it was random. I always try and stay with in push than pull configuration
I love my food 😂 Tough when I bulk because I just turn into a fluff ball

it pretty much was that but, my fingers were skinny
I was like Humpty Dumpty, chubby belly but not fat anywhere. I use to skateboard back then so that was the only thing saving me from being fatter haha
