Left was cardio, push ups, crunches, and pull ups with no diet
Right was during this week and workouts are individual body parts since I started going to the gym two years ago.

I want to try and go for a show that's happening this summer but, we will see if I am pussy or not

Feel free to post any progress photos of yours.

this was before the dieting and getting back into the whole weight lifting.
It was about a month and a half after I started working out again and eating right.
Before that I was at the doctors a lot to figure out why I couldn't digest foods and such since I kind of destroyed my body with just eating burgerking once a day lel

the difference is calisthenics give functional strength, not poofy show-muscles that break at the slightest hint of stress

All natty? Did you supplement and what was your split in the gym?

I saw first two pictures and thought, damn nice. Then suddenly this fat picture came up haha. You were starting to transform into a Burger King right there :D

I can clearly picture 2010 vegito aka king of the burgers joining Baal Run games and miss clicking cos of the fat fingers. Brb 'ball runs'
