The ratio is how much gold per FG. Therefore to say 1:80 for off server that has to be transported means you are willing to accept less IGG per each FG. You should be offering to buy at 1:120, thus requiring more IGG per FG to cover the cost of moving it to your server.

Your stated rates mean you will pay 2k FG for 200k IGG if it is on your server and convenient. Or you will pay 2.5k FG for 200k IGG if it is not on your server and inconvenient. This is backwards.
