What stack do they have you on?

Supposedly full as they say in the description but it sounds more like front end reporting from db2 as an entry level.
It's a large manufacturing place with a relatively new in house development team. A lot of the job is converting legacy systems purchased 20 years ago to modern desktop/web/mobile.

could be, we definitely butted heads a couple times, not how i thought of it but coulda been from your perspective

Nah there was definitively someone who always got all upset cause they thought a bunch of us were picking on them and they believed they were always right.

IIRC they made a thread later on apologizing saying that looking back they realized where they were wrong and they felt bad about lashing out at people trying to help them.

While the team is new in house you should help push for forward thinking tech stacks.

IE: Don't begin using AngularJS 1.0 and so on. Maybe even begin with some serverless implementations where possible like AWS Lambda. That's the future, you have a chance to help shape it for that company.
