4k/month, untaxed. You can live extremely well if you aren't set in staying within 20 minutes of your mommy and daddy. No need to compare rent in Cali..theres only a few reasons you'd live there: healthy 6 figure salary, crap job and too broke to move, live with mom and dad.

Look at 1/2bedroom apartments in nw houston...many nice places for less than 1300/month...plus you get 1000mbs internet.

This I pay 800 a month for 5 bed 2 full bath 2 stall garage fenced backyard fireplace in the living room pretty nice place for a 28 year old I do own. The house the 800 is like home owners insurance etc etc

in serbia its like 100 euros per month, electricity/water/internet included

Yup pay 1000 dollars 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 2 lots 2 2 stall garage. All bout where u live i could move 30 miles and pay 2k a month for this same house lol

521 usd equiv, for a room(Glorified broom closet) that barely fits a single bed, and a computing desk, in the basement... comes with a window though, which is nice.
