Poll. Discuss what can be done to improve this as it seems to have taken a step back. I myself have had several Scammer topics with solid proof just go by months without resolve.

One thing you have to understand is that moderators do their best to deal with every single accusation properly and efficiently.
I know it may seem frustrating, but keep in mind that sometimes there just isn't enough evidence to warrant a gold lock, no matter how clear it may seem to you.

Another thing to keep in mind is that there ARE procedures in place to ensure they don't falsely lock somebody.
Some scammer accusations will remain open because sometimes (even years down the line) the victim may find screenshots or new evidence that could possibly close the case.

The best advice I can give you to prevent getting scammed in the first place is to simply use a Mediator!

Please there are 3-4 topics up about the same guy all with solid evidence and yet nothing done. Gonna tell me this isn't enough evidence? I understand they do their best but this process needs to be sped up. Over a month and the guy is still roaming the forums scamming more people in the mean time while the ones who were scammed are still waiting for justice. Not knocking the Mediators just looking for a solution to speed up this process. Yes I understand using a mediator will prevent being scammed I haven't been living under a rock but we all know if everyone used a med there simply wouldn't be enough time.

More like there simply isnt enough Mediators to mediate every trade on a 15 year old game which is still quite active.
