It's always difficult. Take some time for yourself.
Then get back to it.

Some things that help me is having a "It just didn't work out" mentality. Or that's what I do.

I totally blew it with some girl a couple weeks ago that I clicked pretty well with. Just a second date disaster.
Was really looking forward to just getting to know her better. And it's been a while since I've had really good chemistry with somebody else.

BUT. It just didn't work out.

Let your failures go. And realize, the past does not equal the future.
Just gotta keep moving.
