While I tend to agree I recognize that it's all really theory. A nuke has never been intercepted to my knowledge. And, any deaths at all in Japan or south Korea would be a bummer. They've never been an existential threat even to sk.
My honest opinion on this matter is the people in charge of North Korea are just scared. South Korea with our backing for years has been talking about reunification and provoking the north by placing speakers next to the border & other ways of essentially undermining the Norths dictatorship. The regime there realizes South Korea dwarfs them economically and without some sort of deterrent (i.e. nukes) we can essentially go collapse the regime. So what do they do? well, naturally they attempt to build nukes and have some sort of bargaining power against being deposed. Kind of sucks for them because the more they puff their chest out, the more we perceive them as a threat, the more likely are we to actually take them out, so it's having the opposite effect.

You have no idea of the crap you said, im inviting you to check out the emp nuke solution, exploding out of interception range
Relax there saucy. Every nuke or emp or whatever else needs to be attached to a ballistic missile for delivery. Our THAAD systems are more advanced and are able to intercept their shitty ass ballistic missiles that have trouble even making it to Japan. Let's say they fire and ICBM, if that thing is sailing past Japan, we can easily mobilize THAADS that would dismantle it before it even reaches American airspace, i mean just look at a map and notice the behemoth water mass that is the pacific ocean, you really think North Korea's experimental ICBM's that constantly backfire are making it? You're delusional.
