Pools are only storing 0.25% of the radioactive material.
Lets consider only the simple "very dangerous" solid one (that category is the kind of stuff that need to be stored 500 meters deep) and it up to 0.75%.

Uh i dont think an airline crashing into the pool would generate the conditions required to start a fission reaction, especially considering how they are stored. I think thats what you meant, but yeah, you really should take a physics class
